Advance Consolidation Experts specializes in MCA consolidation loans made to borrowers nationwide. Our company is committed to providing exceptional financial solutions, in the form of MCA consolidation term loans, creditor negotiations, and debt resolution services.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated attorney licensed in New York (or affiliated with a New York attorney working “of counsel”) and Nevada to support our MCA consolidation loan operations. The attorney will handle all aspects of business loan closings and creditor negotiations, including the preparation of loan documents, conducting closings, lien searches, and clearing liens. This position also involves managing debt resolution cases and, on occasion, representing clients in litigation (subject to a direct retainer agreement with the client).
Responsibilities:
Loan Closings:
- Perform judgment and lien searches.
- Clear liens to ensure clean closings.
- Prepare loan documents using our proprietary boilerplate templates.
- Conduct loan closings and related services.
Creditor Negotiation:
- Negotiate outstanding balances on MCA loans being paid off.
Debt Resolution Services:
- Work with borrowers to restructure debt service payments.
- Represent borrowers in lawsuits in New York (under separate retainer agreements), including:
- Filing answers to complaints.
- Negotiating restructured payment plans.
- Rarely responding to discovery demands or opposing summary judgment motions.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in New York (or affiliation with an attorney in NY as “of counsel”) and Nevada.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our specific legal processes (training provided).
- Ability to prioritize our company’s work while maintaining a private practice if desired.
- Experience in business law, creditor negotiations, or litigation is a plus, but not required.
